Q: Are deposit accounts FDIC insured?

A: Yes! All of our deposit accounts including checkings, savings, money markets, CD’s and IRA’s are all securely insured by the FDIC. Please contact our retail sales associates to ensure you receive the maximum amount of FDIC insurance today.

Q: Can I check my accounts on-line or via the phone?

A: Yes, you will be able to access information about your accounts anytime-24 hours a day-7 days a week.

Initial sign up for on-line banking is available on our web page under Online Services-Online Banking.

Q: Can I make a deposit to my account from an off-site location?

A: Yes! Deposits can be made to your account off-site by using ATM machines, ACH credits, direct deposits, wire transfers and internal bank transfers.

Withdrawals can also be made by using ATM machines, ACH debits, wire transfers and internal bank transfers.

Q: What identification do I need to open a checking or savings account?

A: A valid Illinois driver’s license or government issued photo id and your social
security number.

Q: How old do I need to be to open a checking or savings account?

A: 18 is the minimum age to open an individual account.

Custodial accounts may be opened at an earlier age. Contact a retail sales associate with any questions regarding opening a new account with us.

Q: How can I reorder my checks?

A: Re-ordering checks is easier than ever! Checks can be re-ordered through Deluxe at
1-800-335-8931 or via the internet online at www.deluxe.com. Your order form can also be mailed in for your next check re-order. Of course, in addition, any of our sales associates will be happy to help you with your next check re-order at our main office.

Q: What should I do if my checkbook is lost or stolen?

A: If you find that your checkbook is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately either by
stopping in at our office location, or by calling us at 815-321-5000.

Q: What should I do if my Debit Card is lost or stolen?

A: If you find that your Debit Card is lost or stolen, report your loss immediately
by calling 1-800-264-5578.

Q: How do I set up my payroll check or social security check for direct deposit?

A: Payroll checks and social security checks can be made easily available for direct deposit
through our webpage section titled “Switch Kits” or directly through the
Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213.

For Veteran’s benefits, call 1-800-827-1000.

For employee direct deposits, please contact your human resource/payroll Department for your employer instructions.
